Friday is my 'try to be romantic' day. Well, yesterday I washed our car for my darling cause I know he loves having a clean car and today I'm going to quietly reflect on what brought us together for eternity.

Anecdote: When we started dating I was like
"Sweet, finally a boyfriend! Not just a 'guy'-friend."
Next thing I knew, he was talking marriage.
Big step for me- an actual boyfriend and then BAM marriage!?
I'm so glad he was thinking about more than just Friday nights
because he is a great husband and daddy!
Maybe someday we'll take a Saturday to go horseback riding again.
I'd really like that!
As of today- I'd rather just sit in a warm tub on my inflatable doughnut pillow.

The question of the year: Where is Ben going to dental school?
We still do not know for SURE, but this is what I do know as of today:
Four schools remaining!
1. Midwestern: alternate list
2. Creighton: being considered for alternate list
3. UW: no word from them still
4. Virginia Commonwealth: no word yet
I remain hopeful and optimistic. I don't think about it much and I don't really worry cause it won't do any good!

ReplyDeleteOkay, did you seriously wash the car? It's freezing up there. I hope you mean "I sat in it while it was washed by the car wash". Plus, you just had a baby, pace yourself sister. I loved the warm bath and "donut time" comment. You are too funny. And thanks for the cheesy cheese comment, you can never have too many of those. You are a crack up. Enjoy that new baby and share pics as often as you can!
