Rite-Aid Sept 13, 2009

Baby Products shown for $.82 each after rebates!
Read on for details!

I wanted to let you all know that FistFulofCoupons has some great coupon match-ups for this deal! I can't find my exact numbers and it's late so I'm just going to give my best guess.

Shampoo 2 x 3.25 (tax included on all prices) = 6.50 - 1/1 x 2 = 4.50
Bubble/Body Wash 1 x 3.25 = 3.25 - 1/1 x 1 = 2.25
9 oz Lotion 3 x 3.45 = 10.35 - 3/3 x 1 = 7.35
15 oz Lotion 2 x 3.25 = 6.50 - 2/2 x 1 = 4.50
9 oz Fragrance Free Lotion 2 x 3.25 = 6.50 1/1 x 2 = 4.50
Toothbrushes 2 x .54 = 1.08
Total Out of Pocket: 24.18 (plus $15 MIR) kinda like paying 9.18 for all!

Plus since I bought 10 Johnson and Johnson products I qualify for the $15 MIR!

What cash envelopes did the money I used to pay for this deal come from?
11.98 Staples Rebate Money
11.20 that I had to use from my "Kids" cash envelope
1.00 Hygiene envelope for the toothbrushes
= $24.18

So, when the $15 MIR comes back- what envelope should I put it back into? Well, I've got 6-8 weeks to think about it...

***Here is the lame part***
Apparently Rite-Aid has a new coupon policy. They would only let me do ONE internet printable PER TRANSACTION!! I was totally bummed cause I could not use my spend $25 save $5 coupon! I did the deal anyway... AND they overcharged me for the 9 oz lotions (they were out of the 15 oz or I would have gotten the bigger ones). I can live with paying .60 extra for a lesson learned- Watch your receipts carefully BEFORE you leave the store and/or put the kids in the carseats.

I'm still a little peeved about the no go on the spend $25 get $5, but I can see why they would do that. Maybe some of you will have better luck.

WHY THE VARIETY?!! Well, that's what was left sisters! Another lesson learned- on a deal like this it was good to have a variety of coupons that I could use so I could mix and match!

All the stuff is mostly gone,
but they'll restock on THURSDAY!!
Good luck!
