WARNING: This post is going to give details of the birth of a baby!

I have 5 mintues to give details of Lucy's birth. I know that this may or may not be of interest to everyone, but I'm just going to put it out there for the world to read anyway!

(previous 2 weeks- contrations every night at 9PM for 2 hours, anxious everynight that the baby might come THAT night! never happened!)

Tuesday night: horrilbly painful contractions all night, thought my water broke

Wednesday morning: went to hospital, water NOT broke, sent home

Wednesday: tried to sleep as much as possible, totally bummed that we got sent home

Thursday morning: Dr. apt, gave us the option of induction via foley bulb cathader (bulb used to manually dialate my cervix to 3cm then nature or pitocen for the rest of the job)

Thurday night: dropped David at grandma and papa wagner's house, checked in to hospital, waited for the doc, placement of foley bulb, EXTREME PAIN immediately following, 2 sleeping pills, hard contractions all night

Friday morning:

6am pitocen

8:30 epidural (best thing ever!!!)

9:00 doc broke my water

12:00 fully ready to push, doc was in surgery, more drugs through epidural, "labor down" for an hour

1:30 started pushin

1:47 It's a Girl!! (Ben got to call it out which I thought was very cool)

It's past my 5 mintues, so I need to go lay down but feel free to ask questions for more specific details!!
